RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

As all our kaftans are made to order based on the size you provide, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for customized items.

However, exceptions apply only in the following cases:

  • If the kaftan has incorrect measurements that do not match the size you provided

  • If the item has a defect that cannot be fixed by our team

We are always happy to:

  • Fix any beading or handwork issues

  • Adjust minor size alterations where possible

Please note that during peak seasons (Ramadan & Eid), alterations and fixes may take longer due to high demand.
