RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 3 days return & exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@dulcecouture.ae. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 3 days from the date you received your order for exchange only .

  • We will collect the shipment from your home, work or an alternative address with extra delivery charge.
  • note that there are NO return or exchange if the garment is customized since its sewn according to your preferred size . 
  • There will be a remaining balance under your name, for your future purchases if you no longer wish to exchange.
  • Financial Refunds are not applicable. 
  • Please make sure your items are returned in the best condition.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Orders shipped abroad)
  • the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returned item . 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
